In the Council of Nicea, the Church triumphed over the heretic Arius thanks to the presence of Nicholas of Myra. Nicholas was slapped and deprived of the Episcopal signs and the freedom. In prison appeared the Savior and the Virgin, that returned him the Gospel and the omophorion of Bishop.
