Adult Christ blessing and with the open Gospel, it is a question of Matthew’s passage (25, 34-36) that refers on the day of the Judgment. Christ will recognize us bearing in mind the love that we have showed towards the neighbor. It bears witness to the historicity of the embodiment against the heresies of the first centuries. The right hand blesses with the double fingers, forming the initials of Christ’s monogram IC XC.
