The guards who were guarding the tomb did not see him resuscitating. But they felt the earthquake that accompanied his Resurrection, and saw that an angel of God went down the Sky, removed the stone of the tomb and sat down in it. His visage was dazzling like the beam, and his garbs were like the snow. The guards recovered from the fright who suffered, recounted the happened to the princes of the priests. Mary Magdalena and other holy women were Sunday early in the morning to the tomb and they found it empty. Christ appeared, and ordered them to announce his Resurrection to the disciples. (Matthew 28; Mark 16; Luke 24; John 20). Jesus Christ, Archangel Michael, Martyr Pantalemon and Martyr Ekaterina.
