Venerable Barlaam: In practice Slav, is commemorated during the Proskomedia with the venerable Parents, who shone in the asceticism (the sixth particle). Saint Barlaam also is commemorated on November 6 and February 10.

Saint Paraskeva: She distributed her heredity between the poor and dedicated her virginity to Christ. Emulating the holy Apostles, she began to preach the pagans on Christ, converting many to Christianity.
